Formulate agreements and payment management measures for designated medical institutions and organize their implementation, establish and improve medical security credit evaluation system and information disclosure system, supervise and manage medical services and medical expenses covered by medical insurance, and investigate and punish illegal behaviors in the field of medical security according to law。

8. Responsible for the management of medical security, public service system and information construction.Establish and improve the management and fee settlement system of medical treatment in different places。Establish and improve the system of transferring and continuing medical insurance relations。Carry out cooperation and exchanges in the field of medical security。

9. Implement superior medical insurance, maternity insurance, medical assistance and other policies and regulations, and take charge of the city's medical security operation。
